I have a set of "Got Plugz" cowl plugs that were the wrong size for my plane. They replaced them with the right size and have never asked for the old ones back. I don't know which PA-28 they will fit, but there's a dimensioned picture below. They were bought in 2020 and have been in a box since then. $169 new, selling for $70 shipped.
