Piper Lance for Sale

Looks like a very nice bird for a very good price. This is exactly what I am looking for. I just don't have the money to do this by myself. My CFII wants to get a C182, C206, or fixed leg Saratoga.

Well in Sept 05' it had a gear failure and had the gear motor replaced so that should be good for another 2000 hrs. About 3 weeks ago it had a small metal bar break inside the nose wheel door but that was also replaced. AFAIK the gear door always operated ok.
