Piper Cherokee AD. .

i read that there is an AD on all Piper P 28 planes, elongated both holes and loss of wing. I am looking at purchasing ,a Cherokee 140 or 160 and don’t fully understand the AD. Any know about this as if plane has this issue cost to repair is est over $10,000. Per wing. Thanks
