Piper Arrow II Tach Question.

Good morning. My Arrow has been modified with the Hartzell 3 bladed propeller. Looking through the POH and on the tachometer there is a red arc from 2000-2350 RPM. The manual shows this limitation with the factory two bladed system installed. Is this still applicable with the 3-blade? I'm fine either wa just trying to be as familiar as possible.
