Piper Arrow II for sale - $47,500 obo

This is a well-cared for aircraft in need of a new home. Current annual, IFR cert, pitot/static/altimeter, and transponder inspections. 700 hours on a Lycoming factory overhaul. Paint and interior are both rated about a 7 and in good condition. Please check out the stats and let me know if you would like some more information.

It has been a really good plane, but our club wants to upgrade to something more modern to attract new members and needs to sell her to fund the purchase.

I've flown this plane all over the country, into Airventure, and on some memorable trips. Is it sad that this is like saying goodbye to a friend?
