Sounds like they aren't familiar with what they are looking for other than substantial hours and experience. I'd think anyone with 5,000 hours of turbine and securely employed is going to stick well were they are.

I would suspect that some company with a pilot with an H1-B visa is, as required, advertising the job to show that no U.S. citizens can be found to fill it.

You'd have to be at least a 2B! But, it's probably not to be.

I am wondering how many pilots have 5000 hrs jet time, but not the 2500 multi? I guess they are trying to weed out the BD-5J, F-16 and Harrier pilots.
