Everything Offends Me
Its been talked about to death, it seems, the snow that hit the southwest and Denver, but while at my parent's house, I took some pictures of the snow. I thought I'd share them, to make the New Englanders jealous. It's funny how the snow makes Albuquerque look not quite so much like Albuquerque. Merry Christmas to everyone. Here's your white Christmas :D

No jealousy, here(Brunswick-Topsham, Maine). It's 46°, ovrcst, and the grass is green. There's still time, today, to go out an rake some of those pine needles I missed, previously. And there's no sign of any ice on edges of the harbors.

That's what it looked like here, just add 2+ feet more of the stuff. It took two front end loaders a day to dig everyone mostly out.
I'm currently sitting here looking at Mt Snowpile out my window. It's about 7ft high. Hundreds of cubic yards of the stuff was dumped into the runoff ditch.

P.S. It's snowing..again.

And we're getting a typical Seattle Christmas. Rain. But, as I've said before, I don't have to shovel it!

Merry Christmas, all.

Golfed on Xmas eve. it was 50. go global warming. hopefully there will be palm trees around here soon

But, the cheery part is...THE DAYS ARE GETTING LONGER!!!

I like snow. I like driving in snow. I do NOT like cold or dark. Yep, the earth is now speeding toward the sun at...I can't remember how many miles per hour. WahooHOOOOO!

:D
