Ok....it's a bit of an optical illusion.
The water is landing 20 feet behind the plane.

No retirement, no plane wash either
 
Airplane washing season doesn't usually begin until November here. Lasts through March.

Were you at Shane's shindig on Saturday afternoon or something?

Actually, that looks like it must be later, all the military hardware is gone. There were 9 T-38s and four F/A-18s on the ramp that were escaping hurricanes, and a C-130 for the flyover at the Badger game.
 
This guy was on the ramp in the morning, but left before the party.
Did you tour the C130 flightdeck? I think I passed you going up/down the ladder.

I did. I didn't go over with the initial group, I went over a bit later.
