I have a 1982 low time Piper Warrior at Chandler I have decided to sell. I am in the Houston area and would rather not ferry it home to sell but it’s an option. It’s served its purpose as a time builder for the kid who is out there temporarily finishing her ratings. Logistically for us it just makes sense to me right now. Obviously I can get it moved locally. Any local FBO’s or Brokers that may get your recommendation would be appreciated.

I second that. John has sold two airplanes for me, and I bought my current one through him as well. Top notch.

    Barron Thomas? :p

    But seriously, folks…

I actually bought my Warrior through/from him in 2008. It was actually a good experience. Got lucky, I suppose.
