Looking to get a FAA Class II flight physical. I've never been diagnosed, but may have a perforated septum. Will this disqualify me?

Well ....if you **think** u may have a perforated septum... may be u shud be worried about more things than getting a FAA medical. Talk to an AME or a doctor dude

Disease state. There are granulomatous diseases that can do this which, untreated are a disaster. Cocaine is the most frequent cause.
