Anyone interested in meeting every other week or so to chug some beers and bar fly? It would be cool to have an aviation social/networking club.

This work for ya?

T
he Aero Club of New England (ACONE) is first and foremost a social club for people that share a passion for flight; for active pilots, former pilots, and non-pilots alike who love to learn about flying, love to talk about flying, and love to promote flying.

Norwood aero club, meets on Fridays for hanger flying,do breakfast flights on the weekends.pm for more info.

There are a couple of chapters of EAA in the area that are pretty active every month. Warbirds Squadron 7 out of Nashua has a breakfast and a separate business meeting once a month. EAA106 has a fly/drive destination every month along with the separate business meeting. There is also the chapter out of Marlboro that does a Young Eagles monthly.
On Meetups, there's an occasional breakfast or lunch group. Last meet was at Norwoods Taso's. The main organizer flies in since he splits his time between Boston and the Cape. IMC Club has a monthly meeting.
On the other hand, if you were to start something up, I'm sure a few of us might show up. There's a nice restaurant on the field in New Bedford. Say Saturday?
