*** Just curious if any of you know Bob Dant. I met him at Twitchell's Airport 3B5(Maine) on 10/25; then photographed him heading back to West Chester, PA. He said it would take him, with headwind, about 3½ hours. Aero Club of Pennsylvania -- he's President for 2010-2011 -- must be one of the oldest aero clubs in the country according to its website www.aeroclubpa.org.
Displayed at Twitchell's is a several page story from Water Flying magazine(couple years ago) that he wrote about float plane flying at/around Twitchell's.

Most of us here in southeastern PA are pretty close to each other. West Chester MQS is pretty close to me, Anthony, both Gary's Dan, Rob Schaffer and a bunch of others. Lots of folks at Wings are pretty active in the Pennsylvania Aero Club.
