Paulding County (GA) airport damaged

That's terrible. I cringe to ask, but what are the chances of the airport recovering?
And of course, they called the C172 a turboprop:mad2::mad2::mad2:

They spent a LOT of money on that airport. ~6,000 runway, full set of taxiways, huge, well-appointed terminal.

I'm sure they had insurance.

So, yes, the airport will recover.

Their big problem is location. The airport was "sold" with the idea of being a big corporate jet type location serving Atlanta. Unfortunately, there are at least 6 fields better positioned for that business, so Paulding County hasn't generated any meaningful business - transient or otherwise. It is just a big, underutilized piece of asphalt.
