past surgery records( lack of)

I anticipate taking a med exam ( class 3) early in 2021. I was told to include any surgeries. Problem is I had tonsils and appendectomy surgery as a child 50+ years ago. I assume the doctors are retired or probably deceased and I possess no records nor any hospital admission forms. Am not on any meds nor have any chronic conditions. How do I deal with this on the FAA forms.

On my original, I noted them but had no records for the same reasons you state. Nobody ever asked for them.

I had tonsils out at 2, hernia operation very young and another hospital visit at 10ish I don't know exactly what for I was in a few days. Just listed them as such and had no issues.

Same here. I noted a tonsillectomy in 1970 but provided no further details. No problem.
