A couple years ago I had an outpatient sinus procedure done to remove a boney cyst and open up a few passageways. I didn't think at the time of reporting the procedure to the FAA. My 3rd class medical appointment is coming up, and a recent post about reporting doctors visits has me thinking about this procedure. Should I have reported this procedure to the FAA when it happened? Do I need to make my AME aware of it, and will it be an issue?
