Paraplegic solos in North Texas

He's flying out of the FBO I rent from--I met him in person last time I was there; he's QUITE energetic, engaging, persistent, and not a bit slowed down by his disability. He said several other schools turned down the opportunity to work with him, even though he brought his own pedal extensions.

That is really neat to see, and a really awesome story.

However, FAA, if a paraplegic can get a medical, why can a guy that took SSRI's 7 years ago not get one?

(Not putting him down at all... Just the FAA.)
