Be cheap and save the old paint. I've seen many paint jobs that weren't any better than what came off. There was a local saratoga owner that had a paint job done. The shop shut down before the could take them to court. The owner had to pay for replacement of all the protruding head rivets that the paint shop sanded down smooth. I vote leave it be.

Thanks Grant. I've seen A LOT worse. I still vote put the money elsewhere or invest it for the eventual "gotcha".
