There is a very active and valuable "Piper PA-32 (Six, Saratoga, & Lance) Owners & Pilots" Facebook group.
Where in the country are you? There is a large PA-32 fly-in in the eastern part of the country each spring (in Memphis each of the last two years), and a smaller but no less rowdy one in the west in the fall. This year it will be at Laughlin NV/Bullhead City AZ, Nov. 18-20.

I recall bumping into a pilot from MN it WI that belonged to a club operating a PA32R. Wish I could remember the exact location.

I would never join a club I'm a member of.
