P49 Intrusion

I heard on the radio this morning - another protected airspace intrusion. This one was at P49, the President's ranch at Crawford, Texas. He was intercepted, a small plane. How on earth....?

It was a single engine Piper, registered in Houston, that made the P49 instrusion. The FAA is expected to take action against the pilot. "He will lose his license..." an FAA spokesman said. This information came from the morning edition of the Austin American-Statesman newspaper (August 26, 2005).
