I'm note sure there is much to be said. Photo courtesy of Mach Point One photography.

In any group, there is always one you shouldn't **** off....

The p51 wing span is huge. As huge as the other 3 aircraft combined.

Not quite. Thats the effect of camera angle. The F-22 is a huge aircraft.

P-51D - 37 feet wingspan
FA-18A - 40 feet wingspan
F-22 - 44.5 feet wingspan

The newer aircraft are also longer and taller.

Is this a recent shot? That looks like the Canaveral Coast. Last month I heard some weird airplane sounds (I have a house a couple miles south of Patrick AF base). A neighbor was out looking at the sky and said it was a Mustang, an F18 and a Raptor in formation. I've seen this "old/new" formation before but it did not include the Raptor.

It was taken last weekend for the Corpus Christi air show in TX.

I think that was a joke.....at least for the sake of humanity, I hope it was :)

I saw an F22 maneuvering with a P51 at the Quad Cities Airshow in Iowa, last summer. It was a beautiful sight.

That pic was taken over our island chain. We see that every time we fly. :)

I forget how much east Texas is like Florida, including suffocating humidity and bugs!
Actually we are South Texas, and have almost no bugs at all.

Humidity? Yeah, in summer it can be thick, but here on the island it almost never breaks 90 degrees. Waay better than the rest of Texas, which can be like a pizza oven.
