I can appreciate what you're saying............however, I'm happy it's behind me, and hopefully won't have to ever go through such a frustrating situation again. I was on my way to their shop to discuss the matter and rest assured, if needed I was ready to take legal action if necessary. The latter would have taken months and probably would have involved further stress, something I can do without. I'm glad it's behind me. Moving on, just hope no one else has to go through a similar event. I know others have.
