My latest project is to be a charitable donation to FOSI(Friends of Seguin Island). Seguin Lighthouse was commissioned by George Washington. The Coast Guard turned over the island and lighthouse to FOSI quite a few years ago. Though the USCG still maintains the ancient light facility, FOSI is responsible for maintaining the physical properties and land, and as with all non-profits the funding is a constant concern. I've never been on the island but I'll be visiting during the coming summer. It's only a ½ hour jaunt from my boat's mooring. A friend was a keeper there during his USCG days back in the early 1960s.
Photo-copying conditions weren't ideal while documenting the first two boxes; and there's a typesetting(positioning) error in the left header sheet. It's been corrected for future printings.
