darn - I hope this doesn't put Hooters Air out of business. That was my dream job if I ever made it as a pilot.

I read the linked article but I don't see any indication that this is a frivilous suit as the thread title implies. The students may have a rightful claim if they had discussed the business model with key players. It cetainly doesn't sound like the same class of suit as lady falls off curb, sues city for $1M.
 
If it turns out that the kids had never made contact with the important people, then it is a suit that shouldn't have been brought up.

That's what the Hooter's "Key Players" claim.

Nothing about frivolity implied or intended.
