Scott Dennstaedt has been doing weather updates for people flying into Oshkosh. He started yesterday and has been talking overall weather and what it's starting to look like for the weekend and week beyond.

I love this stuff, he's using different charts and explaining how he is coming to the thoughts he is having about what might happen. I've been looking for a good source to understand weather, especially for longer trips, he did the same for SNF and it was a great help navigating that crappy weather. Check it out.

(On facebook to see it live when he does it, look for Ezwxbrief)

I've reviewed your report. The ROC do not require a banhammering for this violation, as long as everyone involved in the violation also volunteers to help with the Wednesday night party. In defiance of 6PC (and the weather gods), we're flying in tomorrow and it looks like it might be raining mid to late morning, with ceilings being forecast from 2500 to 5000 feet broken. Some thunderstorms possible up near Green Bay.

If no other way than every drop of rain and every gust of wind will be PaulS's fault.

If everything works out well, we'll be pulling into Scholler just around noon or 1300. I fully expect it to be pouring when we do, because that's how things go.
