OSHKOSH NOTAM now available

EAA just announced that the new Notam for AirVenture 2008 is now available. They claim several significant changes have been made, so please check it thoroughly.

The NOTAM is in effect July 25, though AirVenture does not officially begin until July 28(-Aug 3). A link is available on the OSHKOSH thread under "Cool Places to Fly"
