Oshkosh, Hot Beefs, and Such

In a tribute to another Oshkosh that I didn't get to, I made hot beef sandwiches for dinner last night, a-la Ardy & Ed's. Lordy, even the cholesterol in those things has cholesterol.

Next year for (sorta) sure.
