Never flown into Opaloka, fly into Tamiami frequently. Have never had a problem with the FBO's (more than one). Tower folks can be a bit curt, but they deal with a lot of traffic. Especially student pilots. Use your complete N #, don't forget November. Read back all instructions verbatim. Use airport departures, not ground, to clear your departure. Upon departure do not call tower, they will call you.
