Steve Job
Pre-takeoff checklist
A few years ago I attended a seminar at Oshkosh regarding this subject. The presenter (military guy) provided this website, where we could see at a glance the current and pending status of MOAs.
www.seeandavoid.org
It worked great at the time, but when I checked it last week, the MOA status was missing. You could only see an historical record of near and actual mid-air collisions. There is a "help" tab on this website, which directed me to send a query to faasafety.gov. I did so, and they responded that SUA depiction was no longer available on seeandavoid.org, but I could use this website instead:
https://sua.faa.gov/sua/siteFrame.app
This one works fine. It appears this site has been around for a long time, and maybe everyone knew about it except me, but if not...you're welcome.
