One for Teller1900

Wow. I knew that airport was a money vacuum, but I didn't know it was that bad. I wonder if this is just part of a city power play for more money, or if it's really becoming that untenable. And who the heck NARROWS a runway?? I've never heard of that except for former military bases being converted to public use (Skyhawks and B-52s don't QUITE need the same runway width, I suppose).
