Were they on a flight plan?

Silly questions. If either of the above were "No" they would have crashed and been history :rolleyes2:
 
They need to go to a busy uncontrolled GA airport on a saturday afternoon and get over it. It's hard to find airplanes that are more than half a mile apart in the pattern.
 
Or, during a clearing turn, find themselves staring at skydivers...

"Well, boatanchor, we're at the local airport, but all we've found so far are some airplanes and a hangar. We can't seem to find the control tower, but are looking for TSA to allow us access through the terminal...."

Today I was way too close to hundreds of other cars. Luckily nobody was killed in the mall parking lot.
