Pre-takeoff checklist
I am looking for an AFD with a listing for 09C, Austin Lake Airport near Kalamazoo Michigan. I am not sure on the exact date of its closing, but this would need to be prior to 2000 I believe. FAA, Michigan directory, Jeppesen, flight guide..... I am not picky about format. I have found a few online but nothing that is as concise as the printed page would be in size.
All I really need is a scanned copy of the page if someone has one and would be willing to email a scan to me. I am simply using it as part of a Christmas present for my dad.
