Apparently eyeballs "looks round" is fine. Hole limits and bolt size is far from an interference fit despite being a shear loaded joint.

In most bolted applications in light airplanes, the fit is a bit loose. The proper bolt/nut torque creates friction between the components and the parts don't shift under normal loads.
