Okay this seriously cause me to have a brain fart. Notice the attached picture.
The PB is in the foreground and the upper border is in front of a blue strip of the POA which is open right behind it giving the top strip a blue appearance.
The POA window in the background is in front of a yellow PDF form tab giving the top strip a purple appearance.
How crazy is that. I'm not feeling this Windows 7 opacity.
