NYC - Helicopter Down

The video shows the helicopter two piers away from a pier heliport where it reportedly took off. There were apparently either 6 total or 1 pilot and 6 passengers - some reports say they were rescued others say "removed".

The helicopter is floating upside-down by pontoons next to a dock.
 
Seems like they got out with minor injuries at most. 1 pilot and 6 passengers.

No tail number on this one - it's below the water line!
 
All 7 are fine.

They were standing on the pontoons on top (on the bottom?) of the overturned helicopter. Six walked away - one was taken away on a gurney.

They were aided by the fact that the police boats were in the harbor conducting a drill. Now that's lucky!
 
gee Mark, you are always the first to point out aviation disasters. I think you have a special filter that blinks at you!

No special filter - just catch them on My Yahoo when they pop up (and not even in the Aviation section).
 
I think we should outlaw rivers.
Or at least the helo-unfriendly ones.
