If you are involved in the DoC prisons or parole programs, could you drop me a PM please? Thanks.

You plan on going to prison ?

Or do you want to sell them a prison on a barge :D

Just remember, you are dealing with the only corrections agency, that has executed an elephant.

Thank you Thomas Edison..

I assume you're talking about Topsy. Much of that is fiction. You should not use
Bob's Burgers as a source of historical information.

1. The government wasn't involved, just the circus promoters who owned Topsy who decided to get rid of a "bad" elephant in what was envisioned to be a profitable way.

2. While electrocution was part of the spectacle, they also fed it a lot of cyanide and had rigged up a steam engine to strangle the elephant.

3. A company with Edison in it's name provided the power, but it was not associated with Edison at that point. In fact, it was one of Westinghouse's generators that was used to provide the power. Edison's movie company filmed the event as they did many shorts on Coney Island.

4. Edison himself was not involved and the attribution that it was part of the Edison vs. Westinghouse DC/AC wars is completely unfounded. Such took place nearly a decade later.

Amusingly Edison admitted later in life that he was wrong about the anti-AC stuff.

Fun stuff, what they were allowed to do in the day.

WTF if Tesla had been accepted as right.

What if JP Morgan's dad hadn't blocked his kid from backing Tesla. We would have a completely different economy.
