Most folks don't know (or care) that the FAA has a companion for the railroads known as (how original) the FRA. They have some of the same inane language skills as the FAA, and go through the same rule making hoops as their aviation counterparts. One of our railroad friends with a sense of humor sent me this NPRM.

Actually he got it wrong. The reg actually says, "Don't f_ck up. It is against the regs to f_ck up". "If we think you are going to f_ck up, we reserve the right to make it painful for you."

There. Much simpler.

The part about "the Administrator" adds nice authenticity.
