No, fireworks crews blocked the taxiway unannounced. AM was not amused as they didn't have permission.

NOTAM now issued, only after a twin commander nearly collected the barrels used to block the runway exit.

No doubt the AM learned a lesson about letting nonaviation folks on his/her airport unsupervised.

I hope the airport area is NOTAM'd closed. I'd hate to be on downwind when they go off.
