KPIT Runway 14/32 is closed from May 4 2015 13:18 UTC to November 16 2015 23:59 UTC Estimated. Is that correct?

That's what confused me first as well, but it's not apparently.. it's "Estimated".

Actually, after I posted it, I realized that LM Online briefing has "Plain Text" checkbox... so official translation is:
