Not a detached retina so how to report?

After a small accident I spent a few hours in the emergency room making sure I didn't have a detached retina. The ER docs and the on duty opthalmologist didn't find a problem. Assuming the followup visit at a opthalmology clinic doesn't find anything either I was wondering if I'd need to present a status report from an opthalmologist the next time I go to the AME or is it enough just to report the visits and that nothing was found?

Agree.....but you might want to have a note from the opthal. to make the AME's life easier.....

Looks like laser surgery to repair retinal tearing to prevent detachment later. I guess this means a status report after my followup visits.
