Noisy C150 wheels

The right wheel on my Cessna 150 M started making noise, a squeaking sound that stops for a few seconds after I tap the breaks. I haven’t removed the wheel pants yet, thought I check here first. The plane came back from the paint shop a month or so ago.

Jack it up and see if the wheel rocks around at all. I had a noise that would go away upon brake application, turned out that the axle nut had not been tightened properly.

Could be the brake pads,or loose wheel.
