- - - did a rather extensive aerial photo shoot on June 28: 2 hour flight and around 160 shots, taken between Bath's Kennebec River waterfront and the Portland Yacht Club at Falmouth. The "in between" included other parts of Bath; Brunswick, Topsham, Mere Point(on the ocean), Yarmouth and Harpswell. Heading back to Wiscasset KIWI with only five images left of my flash card, forward and below was an interesting sight. Time was so short I didn't have opportunity to change lenses, thus was limited to my 24-70mm on the camera. Just grab it, stick it out the window, and hope for the best. (Photo #1)
Then a quick photo #2. The two captains, obviously, didn't stop to talk.
Further ahead was a fancier "boat;" managed to get one shot of it, then did a 360 and came back for another. It was a terrific day, leaving much post processing to be done.
