Looking for ideas. Here's what happened. 7 year old is with Dad for xmas. Mom talks on the phone with him a couple days later and he says Santa forgot to come. Mom talks to Dad and he says oops, forgot to mark some of the presents from Santa. She has come up with the idea to get some presents and say that Santa put them way in the back behind the tree because he knew he wouldn't be home for a few days and they didn't see them until a few days later. Ideally she would have caught it right away and said he did show up and your presents are here but didn't. So now she needs to sell the idea that they didn't notice for a couple days. Looking for ideas.
