No medical yet former OSA diagnosis

I have never, nor do I currently hold an FAA medical. In 2019 I was diagnosed with mild OSA. I plan on having another sleep study completed as I’ve lost a little over 60 pounds since last year.

If the diagnosis gets reversed, I’m assuming when filling out the medical form for a class 3, I list the sleep study and the negative results? Do I even mention the previous diagnosis?

Yes, you need to report all diagnoses you've ever had, even if cured. You'll also report the recent sleep study.
