No answer to 18u on medical

I accidentally put "no" for surgery (question 18u) in my current renewal of a third class medical. The surgery was thirty five years ago for tonsilectomy. It was previously disclosed on initial, and five subsequent renewals, and although the box (18 u) was checked no (this time only), the surgery was listed in the notes on current application. Any thoughts?

Tell the AME at the exam and have him change it for you.

Problem is didn't discover until after I went to ame. Information is on application, the box just isn't checked

Phone call. "Hey, Doc, I think I made this mistake on the application. How do we fix it?"

It's not like you're trying to conceal a disqualifying condition.
