Night Airshow, compared to Sun n Fun?

[Brad W]

I asked this in another thread several days ago, but I don't think it was ever answered. Probably lost in the noise as it should be since it was a sidetrack....

How did the Airventure night airshows compare to the ones they did at Sun n Fun this year?

I wasn't at SnF this year, but I have a hard time believing they could put on a show anywhere close to what EAA does now.

My favorite part of this year was that they finally got all the choreography, automation, etc worked out so that they had an airplane flying and shooting fireworks, a ground based fireworks show, the drone light show, and the pyro all at the same time. It was quite spectacular.

SnF upped their game this year and blew all prior OSH night shows away. Looks like Osh answered back. I hope this creates a little competition making them more and more amazing.

Excellent. Nothing more fun than sitting outside with a hundred thousand of your closest friends watching airplanes and blowing up everything.
