Nieuport 28 Down in Paso Robles

Yep, Javier opened his hangar to us a few years back when we were in Paso. Absolutely, great collection of planes. Chuck kept them all running well (he was busy overhauling a rotary engine when I was there. Interesting stuff inside).

He'll be missed.
 
Well known and respected individual in the WW I Aircraft Community. A huge loss to all.
