We were allowed to enter 2 hours before the gen. public. One we got set up we could walk the grounds before the crowds(over 100,000).
#1: Our EAA table in Hangar #4. Charlie Gableman, Chapter President, is one of only a handful of pilots allowed to fly the antique aircraft at Owls Head Transportation Museum. http://www.ohtm.org. He's normally the pilot the Red Baron is trying to shoot down in demonstration flights.
#2: We were right beside the Parachute Team.
#3: The team aren't, necessarily, young eagles.
#4: Packing the 'chute.
