Nice flight to Albany

We took the youngest girl back to school on Labor day, 5.5 hrs nonstop to Albany. We came back Tuesday and made a stop at Essex County to look at a Mirage then back to HUT 6.0 hrs nonstop. We had to deviate near Kans. City for weather. You can really catch up on your reading on the long legs.

Even after being around the Malibu since 1984 I am so impressed at what it can do. Both legs were at 220 and 230 and we still had 2.5 hrs of fuel after landing in HUT. 4 years ago I would have never dreamed what a tool that an aircraft could be for the business and family.

Flew the Matrix out to Oregon and back last week. Save for the fact that I had to be on O2 to get over weather, instead of riding in pressurized style, I have to agree. Great airframe. Great cross country machine. Talk about Seven League Boots.
