Newest flying car?

Just for fun, I must mention that I was a student pilot flying out of Evergreen Field in Vancouver Washington, in 1965. On several occasions, I flew to the Longview Airport and had many conversations with Molt Taylor.........the creator of the original "flying car."

I was just a teenager and he was an older gentleman who enjoyed having a "youngster" show up. He was very sociable, and I had no idea of his creativity and how the aviation society would honor him in the future.

The original PAL-V design was tandem seating and the vehicle was dead sexy. This version - while probably more practical - doesn't seem quite so stylish.
