Hi All, Been a few years since I have been on here.. I have my PPL, low hours - maybe 75-80 just moved to Santa Monica like 9 months ago and haven really flown. Been interested in getting back in, its been about a year and Half since I last flew.. Any recommendations for somewhat reasonable rental rates to fly? Join a club?

I dont mind flying 172's love to fly Cirrus or G1000 172 if reasonable.. Could go to SM or even Long Beach.

thanks for the advice as always!

KCMA, Camarillo Flight Instruction has a few G1000 172

Great people too...

Proteus at Santa Monica has three Cirrus SR20s. Two have G1000s (Cirrus Perspective) and one has an Avidyne+G430s. Santa Monica Flyers has a C172/G1000. Both are excellent flight schools.
